Allison Brooks Janney, an American actor from the United States. Her work is recognized for its performances on the screen and stage She has been awarded a variety of accolades including an Academy Award a British Academy Film Award as well as a Golden Globe Award and seven Primetime Emmy Awards, in addition to being nominated for two Tony Awards. Allison Janney, who spent nearly 20 years performing in regional theatres, became known for her role as White House Press Secretary C.J. Gregg C.J. Gregg, the popular and well-regarded character from The West Wing by NBC (NBC 1999-2006), is a household name. Allison Janney is a natural late blossomer. She didn't get her driving license until she turned 17 years old, which was a few years older than her fellow students in Ohio. Following her graduation from the university and had her first date, it was not a reality. After auditioning since she was 23, she did not appear in a film until she was in her 30s.
