Elizabeth Andrea Bitsie Tulloch (born on 19 January 1981) is an American actor. The actress is famous for the character of Eve/Juliette Silverton which is featured on The NBC series Grimm. Tulloch was born in Spain, Uruguay and Argentina. She was born and grew up in San Diego California. Tulloch, who goes by Bitsie rather than Elizabeth is in tribute to the World War II fighter pilot who was known as "Bitsie" and involved in Goldsboro B-50 crash that occurred in 1961.
